Award Contract for Bristol Improvements <br />From Washington to Seventeenth <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In 1990, City Council approved the Bristol Street Final Environmental Impact Statement/ <br />Environmental Impact Report (FEIS/EIR No. 89-01). Due to several minor design modifications <br />in Phase 3B, which encompasses the area between Washington Avenue and Seventeenth <br />Street, an Addendum to the FEIS/EIR was prepared and adopted by City Council on June 3, <br />2014, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $6,135,644, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing, <br />surveying, and contingencies.
