AMEND YOUTH COMMISSION COMPENSATION <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />members; thus it is recommended that the City Council approve the structure preferred from <br />options presented and adopt the ordinance accordingly. The proposed ordinance attached <br />will allow for an amendment to the compensation for all youth commission members. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />Approval of this agreement allows us to meet Goal #5. Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Priority #1, Establish a comprehensive community <br />engagement initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for <br />stakeholders to play an active role in discussing public policy and setting priorities. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Given the structures presented and one regular meeting per month, the annual cost for the <br />Youth Commission is estimated to up to $12,600.
