In addition, the contract will include a start-up cost of $6,278 in <br />the first year of the contract, for a total cost of $1,061,014 over the term of <br />the contract, including renewals, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />25G. The total <br />contracted amount for the Circulation Element including the revised <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 23 MAY 16, 2017 <br />
