In the event the Key Operator or Library Technical staff or <br />other authorized Library personnel Call Ventura Business <br />Systems, Inc. for service and the problem is found to be <br />NEWTORK related or a Key Operator responsibility a minimum <br />service charge of $100.00 per hour will be billed to the <br />Library. <br />G. The key operator will access the problem. If parts are <br />needed they will be ordered and the equipment will be <br />repaired when parts are received. If key operator or <br />vendor can not fix a problem within 7 days the machine will <br />be replaced with one of equal value. <br />H. At the time money is collected copies are examined to see <br />if any maintenance is needed on the machine. If so, <br />maintenance is done at that time, unless parts need to be <br />ordered for repair. The percentage of uptime is 95%. <br />I.
