5. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS OF PROPOSED EQUIPMENT AND SERIVCES <br />All items listed below are supplied by West Coast Copy with no <br />charge to the Library. <br />A. 2 Sharp black and white copier 1,000 sheet paper capacity, <br />automatic document feeder for the main Library equipped <br />with a coin/bill box. <br />B. 8 ITC coin and bill boxes one with credit card for visa, <br />MasterCard, American Express, Discover, apply pay and <br />google pay. ?Y/ln <br />C. Maintain all library owned printers that are on the print <br />que system. <br />E. West Coast Copy, Inc. will supply paper, toner, all parts, <br />consumables and all repairs. West Coast Copy, Inc. provides <br />service Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />Service calls are accepted seven days a week. 24 hours a <br />day through our voice mail answering system during after <br />hours, holidays and weekends. West Coast Copy, Inc. will <br />respond to a telephone call for emergency repair service <br />with six (6) working hours for a call received on a weekday <br />between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No service is provided on <br />weekends or holidays. <br />F. Key Operator Responsibilities (Library Staff) include <br />loading paper, clearing paper jams, replace toner <br />cartridges when they run out. Notify West Coast Copy, <br />Inc. of any challenges that require a West Coast Copy, Inc. <br />technical intervention or supply replenishment. <br />Key Operator Responsibilities for Print Que <br />Library will provide Key Operators and Tech Staff to <br />operate the Print Que System and hardware. The key <br />operators will: <br />Load Paper <br />Clear Paper Jams <br />Replace Toner Cartridges when they run out of toner <br />Reset the Print Que Workstation if the station is not <br />recognizing the print jobs <br />Check and verify the Print Que Workstations are logged onto <br />the server <br />Manually print a Test Page to check that the printer is <br />working and printing <br />Notify Ventura Business Systems, Inc. after verification <br />that the problem is not network related. <br />f61 <br />
