<br />Pursuant to Section 7 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-089, entered by United Storm Water, Inc. and
<br />the City of Santa Ana, dated May 19, 2015, the parties exercised their option on May 2, 2016, to extend the
<br />term of the of the original agreement from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. Per the Term, the parties seek to
<br />further amend the time period of said. Agreement for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2017
<br />to June 30, 2018. The parties agree that no further extensions will be granted for this Agreement. The
<br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms
<br />and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in fill force and effect,
