'1110 facility covers 6,75 acresand contains a 47,000 -square <br />foot terminal, two, surface parlring lots with a total of 282 spaces, and one four-story parking <br />structure with 423 spaces, A three-story pedestrian bridge takes travelers to the east train <br />platform. A second pedestrian bridge connects the parking structure to the nrain facility, The <br />terminal building Is open from 5:00 AM to midnight daily, The parking structure is open to die <br />public ftom 4:00 AM to midnight daily, <br />The SARTC terminal building contains approximately 35,000 square feet of recital space, plus a <br />ftvo-story theme tower that includes small meeting/conference rooms on the 4'i' and 5a' floors. <br />Tenants include Amtrak, Greyhound Lines, 'ries 13strellas ole Oro, County of Orange Social <br />Services Program, State of California EDD, the City of Santa Ana Worlc Center, and gift shop, <br />Descrintion of Wo • c: <br />First floor 11VAC scope of work SARTC fan coil replacement job witli controls option upgrades <br />Units to be replaced: # 2;3,4;5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14, and 19 <br />Frei Coil Unit Reptacemont - Bgise 012tion <br />Contractors shall confirm unit identification Information on fan coil schedule to the actual <br />fan coil unit to insure the correct size unit is installed <br />• New fan coil units will have direct drive fan systems with ECM motors <br />v Now fan coil traits will come equipped with a new controller that has enough points to <br />satisfy 2016 Title 24, section 1201 j, and allow for additional future controls strategies, <br />sttolt as VAV to zones wlicre feasible, <br />o Install secondary stainless steel drain pans under fan coil units, condensate drains for <br />secondary pans and fan coil units including safety switch in secondary pan <br />• ]nstall new zone controls (PDC) for heating and cooling valves Including new <br />thermostats that are'Titie 24 compliant, and Auto-Domand.
