• Install new DDC control valves for hot water (3 -way valves) coils and chilled water (2. <br />wayvalves) coils to be integrated into existing control system <br />• Install new chilled water and hot water shut off ball valves (full port) to each unit <br />• Install now hot water and chilled water piping to coils as needed from new Isolation full <br />port ball valves Including hetes plugs on supply and return lines and hose bib on supply <br />piping at coil <br />• Reconnect electrical as par code <br />• Reinstall ductwork and replace if required, provide duct sealing where required by Title <br />24. <br />• -install water balancing valves on.ohilled water and hot, water at each fan coil. <br />• Certified water balance eaolz fan coil and supply the City of Santa Ana with report <br />• Certified air report to confirm the design CPM at tan coil units per fan coil schedule on <br />prints and supply the City of Santa Ana with report <br />a Supply the City of Santa Ana with all submittal information <br />• All work to be permitted per city code: and inspections scheduled by contractor <br />• Label new units and thermostats with plastic tags <br />• Provide diagram showing association of thermostat to fan coil units <br />• Supply the City of Santa Alza with drawings (red line or architectural draft) <br />• This applies to units, 2, 3, 4, S, G, 7, 8,10 and 11. The contractor will have one line item <br />price to remove these twits and Install new traits in proforred locations (see prints) fund <br />one line item price to abandon the old units in place and Install new units in preferred <br />locations <br />• If the units that are relocated need penetrations through fire wall the penetrations will. <br />need to be properly sealed with fire caulking per code.
