)� OCTA I Santa Ana/Garden Grove Fixed Guideway Project <br />Visual Impact Analysis Re-evaluation Technical Memo <br />a <br />aex ia.r <br />3 <br />LPA in Certified EAIEIR <br />o Design <br />TPSS (1) and (2) on the west side of the alignment and located in the PE ROWare within <br />Segment 1 Visual Character Area A, which has a visual quality of moderate low to moderate. <br />TPSS (1) will be located on the south side of the Westminster Bridge east abutment and <br />adjacentto WestminsterAvenue. TPSS (2) will be located within the MSF site, which will be <br />bounded byfencing. <br />TPSS (3) which is proposed on the existing City of Santa Ana parking lot, is located within <br />Segment 3 Visual Character Area H, which has a moderate visual quality. TPSS (4) is <br />proposed to be located on a lotbounded byN Garfield Street, E Santa Ana Boulevard and an <br />alleywaywithin Segment 3 Character Area J, which has a Low to Moderate visual quality. <br />Similar to the analysis provided in the ENEIR, the TPSS facilities that would be located <br />throughoutthe StudyArea would provide a moderate vertical element. The size of the TPSS <br />site will be designed to accommodate a 1 Megawatt (MW) facilityand will have an anticipated <br />structure heightofapproximatelyl2 feet(1-story).
