Other custody functions adjacent to the housing units include (a) <br />medical / mental health space, (b) visiting, (c) classrooms and program space, <br />(d) quasi -outdoor recreation yards, (e) inmate / staff circulation, and (f) <br />maintenance / mechanical and other utility storage areas. <br />Level 4: The fourth floor of the jail is also primarily dedicated to tiered inmate housing <br />and dayrooms.
