This project is essential for the city in many ways, Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desoeramiy needed, for future =.-=a of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional office. - <br />to rcloc to their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Bmadwav Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many tunes, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A o;ffiee building in the hart of Santa Ana will bring back life to <br />the DowntownMdtown areas.
