Sena Ana City Council <br />20 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Aaa, California 92702 <br />RZ: One Broadway Plaza <br />Honorabie Mayor and Council Members: <br />As a resident of Santa Alia, I am very excited to hear about the proposed One Broadway <br />Plaza project_ This projec. is essential for the city in many ways, Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for future success of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Aea the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Sams Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capital City of Orange County, encouraging professional office. - <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring bat'sk life to <br />the Downtown/Mydtown areas, I appreciate the attention the developer has given in <br />succeasfblly weaving the historic past of Santa Ana with the fixture, providing urban <br />plains and gathering areas for the residents. <br />I am.100% Supportive of this project and encourage 100° o support, for the future success <br />of the city, from the council.
