Not only will One <br />Btnadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth. which is desperately needed, for future success of Santa .ons. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ann the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Sarna Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their hcadquartets to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which hills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heat of Santa Ana win bring back life to <br />the Downtown/Midtown areas, I appreciate the attention the developer has given in <br />suet--ss1Wy weaving the historic past of Santa Ana with the future, providing urban <br />plazas and gathering areas for the residents. <br />13113-100% supportive of this project and encourage 100% support, for the future success <br />of the city, from the council.
