Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for ftmtre success of Santa Apo One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural bub for Orange <br />County- This project will change the outside perception of Santa Ana and willgain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional office; <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway plaza's urban sefting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back lift to <br />the DowntownWdtown areas. I appreciate the attention the developer has given in <br />successfully weaving the historic past of Santa Ana with the future, providing urban <br />Plazas and gathering areas for the residents. <br />I am -100% supportive of this project and encourage 1001% support, for the future success <br />Of the city, from the council.
