Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for fiamm success of Santa Ana One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a culivral hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside pemaation of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A ogee building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back life to <br />the Downtown/Ivfidtown areas.
