This pmject is esseawil for the city in many ways. Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />gmwth, which is desperately needed, for future success of Santa Ann. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside pe:eepdon of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional office. - <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many tunes, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back life to <br />the DowntownNidtown areas. I appreciate the attention the developer has given in <br />successfiatly weaving the historic past of Santa Ana with the firture, providing urban <br />plazas and gathering areas for the residents. <br />I atn.100% supportive of tris project and encourage 100% support, for the future success <br />of the city, &am the council.
