The <br />committee concurred with moving the projects forward for City Council consideration. A list of <br />each project is included in Exhibit 1. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On October 20, 2015, the City Council authorized the sale of Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) real property located at 1232 S Bristol Street in the amount of $2,000,000 for <br />private development. The City received the $2,000,000 from the sale of the property in May 2017, <br />65A-1 <br />
