SANTA ANA THRIVE CLT UPDATE <br />o Acting City Manager Cortez indicated the item was presented to City <br />Council on December 6, 2017 and is pleased to have Nancy Mejia present <br />an update. <br />o Nancy Mejia explained how the Community Land Trust (CLT) works, <br />whereby an agency, governed by a Board of Directors holds public land <br />and decides the transfers the land for development.
