Change Order Contingency — from time -to -time, at City's option, City may request additional dog license canvassing and collection related services of Consultant at mutually agreed upon scope and fees (to be applied as an offset to Consultant's delinquent dog license collection remittances to City). 2. Section 3 of said Agreement, "TERM" shall be amended to read as follows: This First Amendment to Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2017 and terminate on June 30, 2019, unless City exercises its option to extend the Agreement for an additional one (1) year period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020, or unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, all terns and conditions of said Agreement shall remain unchanged in full force and effect. 4. This First Amendment to said Agreement must be signed below and may be signed in counterpart and delivered by fax, email as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file attachment, or by other means that displays the original or a copy of the signatures, Any subsequent amendments may be signed and delivered in the same manner.
