<br />a "hostile fire";
<br />(m) At or from any premimom, site or location
<br />xvbioh is or was at any time used by or for
<br />any insured or others for the handhimg,
<br />storage, dieposmU, processing or treatment of
<br />waste;
<br />(c) Which are or were at any time transported,
<br />hmmd|ed, stored, tremhed, disposed of, or
<br />processed aowaste byurfor:
<br />(i) Any insured; or
<br />(i|) Any person ororganization for whom you
<br />may belegally responsible;
<br />(d) At or from any pnamises, site or location on
<br />which any insured or any contractors or
<br />subcontractors working directly or indirectly
<br />on any insored'm behalf are performing
<br />operations if the "pollutants" are brought on
<br />or to the pnemimem, site or location in
<br />connection with such operations by such
<br />inoured, contractor or subcontractor.
<br />Hmv*av*r, this subparagraph does not apply
<br />(i) "Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />arising out of the escape of fuels,
<br />lubricants orother operatinA fluids which
<br />are needed to perform the nonno8
<br />e|eothoa|, hydraulic or mechanical
<br />functions necessary for the operation of
<br />.'mobile equipment" or its parts, if such
<br />fuels, lubricants or other operating fluids
<br />escape from e vehicle pad designed to
<br />hm|d, store or receive them. This
<br />exception does not apply if the "bodily
<br />in]wry~or"property damage" arises out of
<br />the intentional dischmqJe, dispersal or
<br />ng|emee of the fuels, lubricants or other
<br />operating fluids, or if such fuels,
<br />lubricants or other operating fluids are
<br />brought on or to the pr*mniaeo, site or
<br />location with the intent that they be
<br />discharged, dispersed orreleased aupart
<br />of the operations being performed by
<br />such inounad, contractor or
<br />subcontractor;
<br />(ii) "Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />sustained within o buflcNny and caused
<br />by the release of gases, fumes or vapors
<br />from materials brought into that building
<br />in connection with operations being
<br />performed byyou oronyour behalf bya
<br />contractor mrsubcontractor; or
<br />(iii) "Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />arising out of hoat, smoke or fumes from
<br />a "hostile fire"� or

<br />(e) At or from any pn*miaom, site or location on
<br />which any insured or any contractors or
<br />subcontractors working directly or indirectly
<br />on any insuned's behalf are performing
<br />operations if the operations are to bact for,
<br />monitor, clean up, remove, contain, 1remt,
<br />detoxify or neutralize, or in any m/my respond
<br />to, orassess the effects of, "pollutants",
<br />(2) Any loss, cost orexpense arising out of any:
<br />(a) Requeat, demand' order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any insured or
<br />others toot for, monitor, clean up, namove,
<br />contoin, treat detoxify or neutrn|ize, or in
<br />any way respond to, orassess the effects of,
<br />.,pollutants"; or
<br />(6) Claim or suit by or on behalf of m
<br />governmental authority for damages
<br />because of testing for, monitohng, cleaning
<br />up, nemnvUmg, containing, treating,
<br />detoxifying or neutna|izing, or in any way
<br />responding to, or assessing the effects, of.
<br />However, this paragraph does not apply to
<br />liability for damages because of "property
<br />damage" that the insured would have in the
<br />absence of such request, demond, order or
<br />statutory or regulatory requirement, or such
<br />claim or "suit" byorom behalf of governmental
<br />authority.
<br />g. Aircraft, Auto Or Watercraft
<br />~Bodily injury~ or"property damage" arising out of
<br />the ownership, maintenance, use orentrustment to
<br />others mfany eironyft. ^auhz~ orwate,rcraft owned or
<br />operated byurrented mrloaned bnany insured. Use
<br />includes operation and "loading nrunUmading"
<br />This exclusion applies even if the claims against
<br />any insured allege negligence Vrother wrongdoing
<br />in the mupemiaion, hiring, ampUmyment, training or
<br />monitoring of others by that insured, if the
<br />'.occurrence" which oeum*d the "bodily injury~ or
<br />"property damage" involved the ownership,
<br />maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any
<br />aircraft, "auto" or watercraft that is owned or
<br />operated bynrrented mrloaned tmany insured.
<br />This exclusion does not apply to:
<br />(1) A watercraft while oahuna on premises you uvvn
<br />or rent;
<br />,
<br />(2)&watercraft you donot own that is!
<br />(a) Less than 51 feet long; and
<br />(b) Not being used to carry persons for a
<br />charge;
<br />(3) Parking an "auto" on, or on the ways next to,
<br />premises you nmm or rent' provided the "auto~ is
<br />not owned by or rented or loaned to you or the
