PUBLIC HEARING - MODIFY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011-09 <br />(Applicant: Josefat Zamora representing Mariscos Zamora) <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on June 30, 2017 and notices <br />mailed on June 29, 2017. <br /> <br />Planning Technician Mar provided a presentation which included a project description, site <br />description, site and floor plan, and project analysis. Discussion ensued regarding the <br />upgrade of the license, signage, unpermitted tenant improvements and entertainment <br />permit. Paul Sepulveda, business manager, spoke in support of the matter. Vice Chair <br />McLoughlin opened the public hearing. Chris Schmidt, representative from Windsor <br />Village Neighborhood Association, requested that the item be continued to address the <br />excessive signage and LED flashing animated sign. There were no additional speakers <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt a resolution approving modification to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2011-09 as conditioned. <br /> <br />A-3
