Questions and answers deemed to be of interest to all <br />prospective bidders will become addenda posted on the City's bid management and publications <br />website. It is the bidders' responsibility to check the site for that information and any other <br />information pertinent to the bid. The City will make every effort to post the questions and <br />answers within three (3) business days of the final tour. <br />XVII. E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONSANDINTERPRETATIONS/CLARIFICATIONS <br />To facilitate the RFP process, proposers are required to monitor the City's bid management and <br />publications website. No oral interpretations will be made by the City to any proposer as to the <br />meaning of requirements identified herein, including the Scope of Services and Terms and <br />Conditions. All requests for such an interpretation must be made in writing via e-mail to the <br />Buyer of record no fewer than live (5) business days prior to the date and time set for opening <br />of proposals. Significant interpretations or clarification will be made by an addendum to this <br />RFP, which will be posted to the website. Addenda may become part of the agreement <br />documents. <br />XVIII. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION AND DEADLINE <br />Proposals are due to the City of Santa Ana, at the date, time, and location set forth in the <br />Request for Proposals. Faxed and e-mail proposals will not be accepted. <br />XIX. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />The RFP is intended to assess and evaluate each firm's capabilities as they apply to the <br />proposed project. <br />Submittal of Proposal <br />A. One (1) copy of the response to the RFP shall bear an original signature of a company <br />official with the power to bind the company. <br />B. Five (5) copies of the proposal photocopied on paper, in full. <br />C. One (1) copy of the submittal on a compact disc, USB flash drive or equivalent. <br />D. Structure your proposal to include the Scope of Services response, general time <br />implementation schedule, fees/contract price, and exhibits. <br />Each firm must address each of the following items in its response to the RFP: <br />A. Statement of Qualifications - In order to maintain uniformity, the Statement of Qualifications <br />must be limited to a MAXIMUM of 20 PAGES (excluding front and back covers, section <br />dividers and exhibits). The page limitation includes all appendices, attachments, and <br />supplemental information. <br />B. EXHIBIT C: PRICE SUMMARY FORM <br />C.
