Ir; <br />hineo Nuno has been with Santa.Fe Building Maintenance for (9) Nine years. <br />Currently Mr. Nuno is the General Manager of Santa Fe Building Maintenance. His <br />experience on the janitorial field goes back for more than 30 years. He, along with <br />Gilbert, will be overseeing the daily operations of the project. The following are the <br />qualifications that make him suitable for this project <br />More recently, Irineo as been certified and tested by Environmental Outsource Inc. <br />on Bloodborne Pathogens, Asbestos Hazard Awareness, and on the Injury & Illness <br />Prevention Program. (Copy of aiicalusavailableuponng1tw9 <br />Proven ability to Managed and Supervise <br />Window, Floor and Carpet cleaning expert <br />Extensive experience in Customer Service, Account Management, <br />Training, and Cleaning Services. <br />Skilled in Company Operations, Staff and Product management <br />Ability to train, motivate and educate employees <br />Advanced Building Maintenance: <br />20 years ago, Mr. Nuno started his career in the cleaning industry with Advanced <br />Building Maintenance. His first position was as a general cleaner where he learned <br />all the skills that pertain to the janitorial field. Working his way thru the company <br />chain of command, Irineo was promoted to District Supervisor with in a year and <br />was placed in charge of supervising 70 employees and 40 janitorial accounts. <br />Santa Fe Building Maintenance: <br />Currently Mr. Nuno is the General Manager of the company. His hands-on attitude <br />of personally supeivising all current accounts with the company has made our <br />supervision and quality control programs one of the best. Although his job does not <br />include doing work on the field, customers would usually see him helping his staff <br />finish ajob or supervising a request or trouble call personally, ensuring that thejob <br />is done correctly. <br />Although Irineo has work forone company other than Santa Fe, Mr. Nuno has the <br />on the job experience that other supervisors might not have. Through his experience <br />obtained over years working on the janitorial field, he has learned all aspects of the <br />industry and the level of quality customers expect from a cleaning company.
