Coronado- Janitor • Jesus Mendez Zaragoza — Soecialty Crew <br />• Margarita Estrada - Janitor <br />Following the above guide of communication flow chart, Santa Fe Building Maintenance will provide <br />cell -phone numbers of project supervisor(s) and contract administrator(s), to the City of Santa Ana Police <br />Department assigned representative. <br />The company field communication will be conducted as follows: <br />1. Santa Fe's project supervisor and/or office personnel will contact On-site lead <br />janitors via cell -phone or in person, <br />2. On-site lead janitors will pass on orders to rest of field personnel. <br />(Note: For emergency purposes, all employees must provide a hone -phone or cell -phone number where <br />themselves or a family member can be reached while on or out of work site.) <br />25D-66 <br />
