b <br />N , <br />As the incumbent contractor, Santa Fe Building Maintenance currently has the equipment, personnel, <br />and work plan in place, to continue providing janitorial services to the City of Santa Ana Police <br />Department without interruptions. <br />The major portion of any janitorial service program would be to support personnel who directly provide <br />the cleaning services. Santa Fe Building Maintenance Implementation Plan is designed to provide an <br />equitable distribution of available resources for the City of Santa Ana Police Department in accordance <br />with the Scope of Work Plan. <br />Considering the City's facilities and custodial requirements, current research in best practices, input <br />from field staff members and other variables, the primary objective in Santa Fe's Implementation Plan <br />is to properly distribute all available resources and to provide the most effective and efficient custodial <br />cleaning program possible. <br />Tw-t t <br />Below are the resources that will be needed to proceed with the execution of the project. <br />These resources include: <br />Duman Resources <br />Personnel will be assigned in accordance with requirements of City as requested on Section 2.0 Staffing <br />of the RFP 17-022. Following these requirements, Santa Fe will provide the following staffing: <br />25D-68 <br />The Project Supervisor will have the overall responsibility for the oversight and <br />Contract Administrator <br />management of the project. It will be his responsibility to ensure that the stages of <br />& Pt'oject Supervisor <br />1 <br />the project are being completed by managing and directing all project phases and <br />Pei while maintaining constant communication with the facility Designated <br />Representative. <br />The On-site Supervisor will have the responsibility for the day to day management <br />On-site Supervisor <br />1 <br />of the cleaning personnel. It will be his responsibility to ensure that all activities <br />detailed in the Scope of Work are completed. He/she will serve as the on-site point <br />of contact for all cleaning personnel. <br />General Cleaning <br />General Cleaning Personnel will have the responsibility for executing the cleaning <br />Personnel (Janitor) <br />7 <br />program, providing all required Daily & Weekly cleaning set -vices to achieve goals <br />of maintaining a clean facility <br />Day -potter Personnel will have the responsibility for providing cleaning services <br />Day Porter Personnel <br />1 <br />during the normal hours of operation for the Police Department. His/her <br />responsibilities will be the same as the General Cleaning persomrel. <br />Specialty Cleaning <br />Specialty Cleaning Persomrel will have the responsibility for providing advanced <br />Personnel (Floor, Carpet <br />1 <br />floor care duties to include stripping, dressing, buffing and waxing of hard floors, <br />& Windows, etc.) <br />carpet extraction and shampooing maintenance, and other projects as assigned. <br />25D-68 <br />
