Staffing levels.forMonday through Friday janitorial maintenance are one (1) On-site Supervisor, <br />working eight (8) hours each day, (6) full timejanitorial personnel, all working eight (8) hours each <br />day, and three (3) Part -Time janitorial personnel, working four (4) hours each day. Weekends and <br />Holidays staffing levels are three (3) janitorial personnel, all working (8) hours each day. There <br />shall be (2) full-time staff assigned to the morning shift and (5) full-time staff assigned to the <br />afternoon shift. All frill -time staff assigned to Monday -Friday <br />Responsibilities <br />Santa Fe will assign a Project Supervisor specifically for the City of Santa Ana Police Department. <br />The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage the overall aspect of the services specified in the <br />RFP 17-022. The Project Manager will oversee the entire operation of the project including human <br />resources, equipment, supplies, insurances, etc. <br />The Project Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance with <br />the City's cleaning specifications, by performing random site inspections, and monitoring employee <br />performance. The staffing hours for the Project Manager will not be set so that random quality <br />control visits can be performed. Under the supervision of the Project Supervisor Santa Fe will also <br />have assigned an On-site Supervisor who wilt manage the cleaning staff and sure that cleaning <br />services are completed. The On-site supervisor will be the main point of contact for all cleaning <br />personnel at the facility, allowing for better communication between Santa Fe's Management and <br />field personnel <br />The General Cleaners will work as a team that would be responsible for servicing the facilities <br />following the maintenance standards establish by the City of Santa Ana Police Department. Each of <br />the technicians will be responsible for different areas on the facilities, which at the end of each <br />working day would be the responsibility of the On-site Supervisor to check and ensure the tasks are <br />completed. There will be oversight over the overall performance of the On-site Supervisor and <br />General Cleaners by the Project Supervisor who will make periodic and/or random visits to the <br />facility. Any deficiencies of the quality standards that are found, will be the responsibility of the <br />On-site Supervisor to ensure the deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner. Failure from the <br />team to correct deficiencies in a reasonable amount of time would result on a disciplinary action by <br />Santa Fe which can include warning, suspension, and or termination. <br />Any vacation, sick days or absences of personnel either due to unanticipated emergencies or <br />terminations will immediately be notify to the City Designated Representative by Santa Fe main <br />office to record changes on contract personnel. Santa Fe will maintain at least one Emergency On - <br />Call Staff that would have completed the same background and security screenings as regular staff <br />to cover absenteeism, suspensions, and or terminations. Existing work force hours might be <br />extended for employees who are no working full time to cover absenteeism, suspensions, and or <br />terminations. <br />13 <br />25D-70 <br />
