TASC shall have no re poh bility or <br />liability for failure to provide any service for which the Plan S ons! has not <br />provided complete data to TASC in an agreed upon format. <br />C. Failure to meet deliverable expectations, including but not limited to thpse noted <br />above and elsewhere in this Agreement, in an accurate, comp/ to a timely <br />manner will result in a status of delinquency.
