On August 9, 2017, a public notice was published in the Orange <br />County Register, La Opinion, and Nguoi Viet News indicating that the draft report would be <br />available for review and public comment beginning August 21 through Septmber 5, 2017. The <br />draft CAPER was also available for public review on the City's website. All comments received in <br />written form and at the above-mentioned public hearing will be included in the final document <br />submitted to HUD, which is due no later than September 28, 2017. Due to the timeframe for <br />submission, the final document may include minor revisions, pending final activity and <br />expenditure reports. <br />1901-2 <br />
