13. Evaluate the completion of the work of the contractor and make <br />recommendations to the City when work is ready for final inspection. Assist the <br />City in conducting final inspections. <br />14. Facilitate and coordinate inspection by representatives of other agencies. <br />15. Schedule and coordinate special inspection and material testing with the County <br />of Orange or other consultants. <br />City Responsibilities: <br />1. Provide a testing laboratory for special inspection and material testing and other <br />quality assurance program as required by the contract documents. <br />2. Process progress payments upon receipt of approved payment requests from the <br />resident engineer/inspector. <br />3. Furnish copies of construction documents, including plans and specifications. <br />4. Communicate with other consultant to review shop drawings and submittals, <br />respond to requests for information and revise plans if needed. <br />5.
