Homelessness Prevention, <br />September 19, 2017 <br />Page 5 <br />Intervention and Mitigation Plan <br />California Fire Chiefs are developing legislation to improve the 9-1-1 transport system. The <br />Whole Person Care program being provided through the County of Orange is another good <br />example.
