• Testimonials from others where value was provided r <br />• Project countdown till live date <br />• Informal walking around to talk up the project to team members, <br />users and stakeholders <br />• Celebrations to bring visibility to the completion of major milestones ` <br />• Publicizing accomplishments <br />Step 7: Manage Risks <br />For every high and medium risk where the project manager is creating a risk <br />mitigation plan, a contingency plan shall be created to document the <br />consequences to the project if the risk plan fails and the risk actually occurs. For <br />instance, if the consequence of a potential risk occurring is that the project will <br />need to be stopped; this should be a strong Indication that the risk plan must be <br />aggressive and comprehensive to ensure that the risk is managed successfully. <br />Step 8: Manage Documents <br />A Document Repository shall be established for this project. All project documents <br />shall be orderly stored in a project folder including CAD diagrams, project notes, <br />correspondences, RFI's and internal and/or external change orders. <br />Step 9: Manage Quality <br />Digital Networks Group shall provide an internal set of metrics that will provide <br />insight into how the project is progressing, and how the deliverable creation <br />process is working. The project manager will be capturing overall financial and <br />duration metrics on a daily basis. These are the areas where quality is being/will <br />be managed by Digital Networks Group: <br />• Are actual work timelines in line with estimated deliverables? <br />• Is client satisfied with the project teams communication? <br />• What is the amount of rework required due to faulty up -front <br />analysis? <br />• Are there excessive resolution issues? <br />• Number of major errors uncovered during testing <br />• Capture project metrics on a daily basis. le. Labor hours, <br />freight, travel costs, etc. <br />Step 10.
