ZOA No. 2017-02 & TTM No. 2017-01 — The Artisan at South Coast Residential Project at 2001 <br />West MacArthur Boulevard <br />October 3, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />driveway. Four different architectural styles have been provided for this development, including a <br />Spanish, Monterey, English Revival and Prairie themed product. <br />The project will also include a 7,053 -square -foot lot that will be dedicated as an open space <br />amenity for the development. The parcel will include features such as a tot lot, fitness park, open <br />play turf area and a boulder garden.
