Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2017-03 — Amend Specific Development No. 60 for Santa <br />Ana Auto Mall Digital Sign <br />October 17, 2017 <br />Page 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action regarding the Planning and Building <br />activities. <br />Sales Tax Loan Agreement <br />A Receivable will be established in the General Fund Note Receivable account (01101001- <br />11465) in the amount of $1,032,948. Repayment will be made by offsetting Sales Tax received <br />by the City which is fifty percent over the base year amount (noted above). Interest received / <br />accrued annually will be recorded in Earnings on Investments account (01102002-58000). <br />Payment to EMI. Inc. <br />Funds will be appropriated from the General Fund Note Receivable account (01101001-11465) in <br />the amount of $1,032,948 for the purchase and installation of the sign and funded via the City's <br />General Fund Operating Reserve (fund balance). <br />Candida Neal.
