MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a site <br />license agreement with International Bus Lines, Inc, to compensate the <br />City $3,000 per month for use of the license area, for bus passenger <br />services at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, for the term <br />of one-year with four one-year extension options exercisable by the <br />City Manager, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-260). <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a site <br />lease agreement with International Bus Lines, Inc, to compensate the <br />City $3,178 per month for use of lease area, for ticket counter office <br />space for bus passenger services at the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center, for the term of one-year with four one-year <br />extension options exercisable by the City Manager, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(AGMT. No. 2017-261). <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
