The parties entered into an Agreement dated August 2, 2017, by which Consultant agreed <br />to provide architectural and engineering design services for the South Main Street Corridor <br />Improvements Project ("Agreement"). <br />B. The tern of the Agreement is for two years, subject to extension, and it remains in effect. <br />C. Without affecting the amount to be expended under the Agreement, the parties wish to amend <br />the Agreement to adjust the scope of services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 1, Scope of Services, is amended such that Consultant shall provide those services <br />described in Exhibit A. Exhibit A shall fully supersede the original Exhibit A that was included <br />with the Agreement. <br />2.
