Changes In the overall design concept are not <br />accounted for in this scope. <br />Deliverables: Responses to three RFIs; Design Revision for one Addendum <br />Construction Phase <br />Kimley-Horn will assist the City during the construction phase by responding to the contractor's RPIs, <br />preparing addenda, and providing clarifications. This also consists of reviewing the contractors change orders <br />and changed conditions in the field. Changes in the overall design are not part of this scope. An 8-month <br />construction duration is assumed. We have included up to two meetings, up to 10 RFIs, up to 10 contractor <br />submittal reviews, up to two field observations, and up to two addenda. We will prepare record drawings by <br />updating the approved design drawings based on one set of redline markups provided by the contractor or <br />City staff. Independent verification is not included in this scope. Significant deviations from the original design <br />documents are not accounted for In this scope. The purpose of the record drawings is to create a deliverable <br />that will represent the built condition for the City's records as recorded by the Contractor. <br />Deliverables: Record Drawings; One hardcopy and one electronic (both PDF format and Microstation V8l) <br />
