We assume a photometric analysis will not be necessary since the pedestrian <br />lights will supplement the existing lighting. The street light plans will be prepared on 24" x 36" full-size sheets. <br />We assumed pedestrian level street lighting fixtures and types will be provided by the City or will be consistent <br />with the downtown area street lights. Gensler will provide review street light plans and will provide Input on <br />lights locations. <br />Deliverables: 60% 95% and 100% Plans, electronic files in Mlcrostation V81 and PDF (final Plans will be sealed <br />and signed), responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 15: Specifications <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare technical specifications based upon the boilerplate supplied by the City. Bid items <br />will be described as reasonably required by the plans in the General Provisions and will be included in the <br />Contractor's bid list. References for the technical provisions to the City's standards and Standard Specifications <br />for Public Works Construction (Greenback), Caltrans, or other appropriate specifications will be indicated. <br />Construction phasing and staging will be addressed in the specifications per the City's RFI dated March 21, <br />2017. <br />Deliverables: 60961 95% and 100%Specifications; electronic files in PDF and word format (final specifications <br />will be sealed and signed); and responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 16: Cost Estimates <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare an Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (Estimate) based on quantities. This encompasses a PowerPoint presentation showing the 60% and 90% level design plans and <br />other related information. <br />Deliverables: Power point presentation <br />Task 18: Traffic Signal Modification Plan <br />We will prepare traffic signal modification plans to Incorporate the improvements along Main Street and to <br />align traffic signal heads with the modified approaches. The traffic signal modification plan will be prepared in <br />accordance with current City of Santa Ana and Caltrans standards and will be prepared at 20-scale (1"=20') on <br />a 24" x 36", full-size sheet.
