Adopt resolution. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2001-054 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br /> City of Santa Ana authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a grant <br /> award agreement with the Office of Criminal Justice Planning <br /> 2. Approve appropriation adjustment.
