Support is provided by Cl Solutions (Card Integrators) Monday — <br />Friday 8:30 AM — 5:00 PM, P.S.T. <br />1) Be prepared to communicate your customer number and software type. <br />2) Cl Solutions (Card Integrators) provides telephone support during its normal hours of operation, 8:30 <br />a.m, to 5:00 p.m. P.S.T. <br />3) Technical support conforms to operating specifications of all software systems as originally provided. <br />4) Cl Badge 8.21 is a licensed product and requires an annual subscription fee. Subscription fees are <br />billed in advance of the applicable subscription period. <br />5) License/Service agreement contract holds for term indicated on sales order. <br />6) Additional card layouts for Cl Badge are subject to a custom design and installation fee. <br />7) Parts, labor and loaner printer is covered under a separate printer service agreement available <br />through Cl Solutions (Card Integrators). <br />8) Cl Solutions software reinstallation: Cl Solutions includes the reinstallation of Cl Badge, <br />Cl Badge 8.21, Cl Track, Campus Safety Suite and Cl Verify only if the software has been corrupted. <br />We do not support the reinstallation when the host computer stops functioning or needs to be moved <br />to a, new location/computer. You will be charged our standard technical service fees to move <br />systems. <br />9) Installation CD-ROM replacement: If you lose the custom CD-ROM and need a new copy, we will <br />provide you with one for a nominal fee of $75. Please keep in mind this will only include the <br />configuration from the time the system was set up. If you have made additional customizations they <br />will not be included in the CD-ROM. <br />10) All minor patch software releases are provided at no charge with a current license or service <br />agreement. Cl Solutions version upgrades are not included. <br />Conditions of Software Service Agreement: <br />1. Register a system administrator for the annual term. This person serves as the point of contact for <br />all support requirements between CI Solutions (Card Integrators) and the customer. <br />2. Provide direct access to phone support at the physical placement of the ID System and be at your ID <br />system when you place the support call. <br />3. Provide internet remote access for system. <br />4. Before installing any additional software or hardware to your system, notify Cl Solutions (Card <br />Integrators). Any damage, misuse or corruption of software or hardware due to the addition of <br />software or hardware without prior notification to CI Solutions (Card Integrators) will void maintenance <br />protection. <br />5. Ensure that operating environment is clean and do not attempt to operate the system in any extreme <br />environmental conditions. <br />Terms of Limited Service Agreement: ID Card Printer <br />1) Be prepared to communicate your customer number and printer serial number. <br />2) Includes unlimited telephone and/or internet remote access support, printer parts and labor only. <br />
