HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-01 (Property: 1237 West Third Street — Guillen House) MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Erik Robert Wood, property owner, for the structure located at 1237 West Third Street, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. C. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-11 (Property: 817 North Lacy Street — McNeil House) MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Francisco Lacy, property owner, for the structure located at 817 North Lacy Street, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. D.
