("AEG") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement #N-2017-213 dated October 16, 2017, by which AEG <br />agreed to provide pressure washing services in the Civic Center Plaza of the Flags ("Agreement'). <br />B. The term of the Agreement is through December 31, 2017, and the Agreement remains in effect. <br />C. Without affecting the amount to be expended under the Agreement, the parties wish to amend the <br />Agreement to adjust the schedule on which services are to be provided and to clarify other provisions. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. The Scope of Work, is amended such that AEG shall provide those services described in Exhibit A <br />on the schedule described therein. Exhibit A shall supersede the original scope of work that was <br />included in the Agreement. <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement on <br />the date and year first written above. <br />1.9 <br />.
