Area is currently being used to house the <br />homeless. Area is approximately 50,000 s/f and will have the service performed to approximately 25,000 s/f every Tuesday until otherwise <br />directed or service agreement of $25.000 is met. It is understood that the costs of subsequent floor scrubbing assignment shall be mutually <br />agreed upon by both parties. <br />It is understood that water will be available and AEG will collect waste water and properly dispose of it. City will have the homeless and <br />personal belongings moved off each half by 9 am the morning of. It is recommended that this process happen the day before work begins if <br />possible. <br />1. Provide a crew of blood borne certified technicians to properly remove any human waste and needles from said areas. <br />2. Technicians will be wearing proper PPE as needed. <br />3. Large trash items such as furniture, bike parts, pallets etc. will be disposed of by city In city trucks. AEG will provide labor help with this <br />task, but will be responsible only for the disposal of needles and small amounts of trash/debris. (There will be no additional cost for this task all <br />labor is included In the price shown) <br />4. A hospital grade EPA registered disinfectant will be applied to the area during the machine scrubbing and/or pressure washing process. <br />5. Precautions will be taken in order to not allow water run off into the storm drain system. <br />6. All needles found will be properly removed and disposed of. <br />7. Run off water will be collected and properly disposed of off site. <br />NOTE: AEG is not responsible for any personal belonging possibly getting wet or damaged due to machine floor scrubbing. <br />NOTE: Price shown reflects prevailing wage. <br />NOTE: Price shown is per service visit or half of the 50 flags area. <br />NOTE: Total amount for service shall not exceed $25,000 <br />NOTE: In no way does AEG guarantee any full disinfection of any kind. <br />NOTE: AEG is not responsible for large Item debris removal or disposal of said Items. <br />NOTE: Price includes proper biohazard disposal, of human waste, needles and colleoed contaminated water. <br />C-17-151956.2 Page 1 of 6 --- --. - <br />Please Initial:` <br />
