Include written standards for providing�ESG assistance (may include as attachment) <br />Emergency Solutions Grant Program funds will,be used for eligible activities under five program <br />components: street obtreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re -housing <br />assistance; and Homeless -Management Information System (HMIS) costs, as well as allowable <br />administrative costs and activities. ESG applications go through an open and transparent proposal <br />process. The Community Development Agency is responsible for ensuring that the ESG Program is <br />implemented in accordance with all federal rules and regulations. <br />2.
