<br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES 5 SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour noted the applicant requested a concession for off-street parking and <br />open space, while meeting the standard provided by state law. A discussion ensued on <br />the parking for the project. Alexis Gevorgian, applicant, spoke in support of the matter and <br />answered questions. Chairman McLoughlin opened the public hearing. Commissioner Bacerra disclosed he <br />communicated with Bob Yoder of Shea Homes. Commissioner Nguyen disclosed he is a <br />member of Christ our Savior Parish. <br /> <br />Acting Planning Manager Fregoso provided a presentation which included a project <br />description, history of Armstrong Ranch site, landscape plan, site and floor plan, <br />elevations and project analysis. Discussion ensued on the traffic study and traffic on <br />Jaguar Way and size of lots. Applicant spoke in support of the project and thanked staff. <br />Arthur Black, traffic consultant with LSA Associates, answered questions.
