Commissioner <br />Alderete seconded by Commissioner Verino nominated Commissioner Contreras-Leo as <br />Vice Chairperson. Commissioner Mendoza seconded by Chairman McLoughlin <br />nominated Commissioner Bacerra as Vice Chairperson.
