The report <br />includes tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. The CIP <br />Executive Summary Schedule is available on the City's website at: <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant issues related to CIP projects: <br />Bristol ImprovementsM/idening (various projects): <br />Improvements to Bristol Street have been ongoing for approximately 20 years in distinct segments <br />identified as phases. Phase 3b from Washington to 17th is under construction and is scheduled to be <br />completed by late 2018. In an effort to minimize the impacts to the adjacent businesses <br />(McDonald's/Bristol Coalition), staff is currently reviewing the proposed schedule and phasing for the <br />project while the Contractor installs underground waterline improvements. Staff will also update sign <br />language and location to accurately reflect project public notice impacts. <br />Phase 3a and Phase 4 is in the right of way acquisition stage. Staff is currently managing the <br />completion of acquiring properties for phase 3a and phase 4 which is from Civic Center to <br />Washington and from Warner to St. Andrew. Construction for those phases are scheduled for <br />Summer 2018. <br />The City Council will be receiving various staff reports and requests for authorization to proceed with <br />related property acquisition and construction activities over the next two to three years while the <br />identified phases are completed through construction. <br />19D-1 <br />
