Heliotrope Dr. <br />7:0 <br />Frandson-Mouwd House <br />(Nguyen absent) <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION ACTION <br />On October 26, 2017, the Historic Resources Commission recommended that the City Council <br />authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached Mills Act <br />agreements with the identified property owners for the historic structures, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In September 2014, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2014-050 to temporarily reduce <br />fees for a Historic Property Preservation Agreement by 50 percent and waive the fee for private <br />party nominations of properties to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties. The fee <br />reduction program was approved for a period of one year and was intended to encourage and <br />25C-1 <br />
