Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries) <br />Located on the south side of West Santa Clara Avenue, the building is a one story, single-family residence constructed in the <br />English Revival style. The building has an asymmetrical composition and a steeply pitched gross -gabled roof with slight eave <br />overhangs. The roof is clad in contemporary asphalt shingle roofing and the building has stucco walls. The primary entryway <br />is an arched wood door centrally located on the primary elevation, and is fronted by a shallow arched porch whose roof has a <br />flared eave sloping north. Flanking the door on either side are windows, the southern window is divided light casement <br />window with arched tops, the other window is disguised from the street view. The building has a stucco clad chimney on the <br />southerly elevation not visible from the street because it is shorter than the side -facing gable. A poured concrete driveway <br />exists along the north elevation. The property has a front lawn featuring a mature pine tree, and smaller plantings located <br />closer to the west elevation.
