SPR No. 2017-06, VA No.:2017=03`&.TPM No. 2016-04 <br />October 23, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />Project Analysis <br />The proposed 51,024 -square foot facility requires approval of,a site plan review, variance and a <br />tentative' parcel map by the Planning Commission. The following sections of this report provide <br />analyses for each of the proposed action items and the basis for staffs recommendation of approval <br />of the project. <br />Site Plan Review <br />Pursuant to SAMC Section 41-593.4 and 41-593.5, site plan review approval by the Planning <br />Commission is required for:development projects proposed within a specific development (SD) <br />district to ensure .the -project is in with the specific development standards. In 1999, the <br />City Council adopted specific bevelopment No. 69 which governs the development standards of the <br />subject project.
