SPR No. 2017-06, <br />October 23, 2017 <br />Page 6 <br />VA No. 2017-03 & TPM No. 2016-04 <br />CEQA; Strategic Blan AIfngments'gnd Public Notification,& Community, Outreach <br />As'outtined in this staff report, the project is consistent with the City's General Plan, Zoning <br />Code and Specific Development No. 69 zone district. The proposed project has been found <br />by the City's development review agencies to not create any adverse impacts. The building <br />is on a site that is not designated by federal, state„or local agencies to be environmental <br />resource of hazardous'or critical concern.The'cumulative impact of this project will not be <br />significaht.as the project site is located within city limits and is less than five acres in size. It <br />is already in an urbanized setting surrounded by, urban uses. In addition, the property is <br />already served by roads and utilities, and will not create any adverse impacts such as noise, <br />traffic, or safety concerns. There its no reasonable possibility that the project will have a <br />significant.difect on the environment due to, unusual circumstances. The project is not <br />located within a highway officially designated as a state scenic highway and will not result in <br />damage to scenic resources.
